If you experience any minor or major bugs while using Doorstep, you are welcome to submit a bug report. Sometimes we require a bug report if you get in touch about an issue you are having, in order to replicate and plan a fix.
Since we use Github to host Doorstep's main repository, you should submit an issue on the issue tracker at github.com/doorstepapp/doorstep/issues. You will require a license to install Doorstep's framework (core) code.
Your issue should contain a title and a clear description of the issue. You should also include as much relevant information as possible and a code sample that demonstrates the issue.
We endeavour to look at and fix any major bugs reported to us, but submitting an issue unfortunately doesn't always guarantee a fix.
If you discover a security vulnerability within Doorstep or it's dependencies, please send an email to Papertank at email@example.com. All security issues will be looked at.
If you looking for a new feature that isn't currently included in Doorstep, please let us know.
Since we use GitHub to host Doorstep, you should submit an feature request on the issue tracker at github.com/doorstepapp/doorstep/issues.
