Bug Reports

If you experience any minor or major bugs while using Doorstep, you are welcome to submit a bug report. Sometimes we require a bug report if you get in touch about an issue you are having, in order to replicate and plan a fix.

Since we use Github to host Doorstep's main repository, you should submit an issue on the issue tracker at You will require a license to install Doorstep's framework (core) code.

Your issue should contain a title and a clear description of the issue. You should also include as much relevant information as possible and a code sample that demonstrates the issue.

We endeavour to look at and fix any major bugs reported to us, but submitting an issue unfortunately doesn't always guarantee a fix.

Security Issues
